Condition
All items are sold as-is, as described in the product descriptions and photographs. Please review all images and read each listing carefully before purchasing. Iceqwn Closet specializes in vintage and pre-owned items; while we handpick only high-quality pieces, gentle wear is a normal part of each item’s unique story. Signs of use, variation in materials, and changes to structure are normal and inherent to vintage pieces.
Any notable wear, flaws, or condition details will be clearly disclosed in the product description and/or photographs. Variations in texture, flexibility, or feel—particularly in materials such as neoprene, fabric, suede, or satin—are considered characteristics of the item and not defects. If you have any questions about condition, materials, or structure, please contact us prior to purchase.

We stand behind the authenticity of every piece we sell. All designer items are carefully sourced and verified through our partnership with Real Authentication and LegitGrails. Documentation may be provided upon request.
RETURNS
Returns
All sales at Iceqwn Closet are final. We encourage you to carefully review the product description, photographs, measurements, and condition details prior to purchasing, as each piece is vintage or pre-owned and selected for its unique character and sold as is.
We are always happy to provide additional details or answer questions about any item prior to checkout. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not offered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing in full and understand the item’s materials, structure, and condition.

Shipping
Shipping
We package all of our items delicately with recycled packaging whenever possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. We ship within the United States using insured, trackable USPS or FedEx services. Signature confirmation is required for all orders.
If a signature requirement is waived at the customer’s request, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss, theft, or delivery issues. Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, Iceqwn Closet is not responsible for delays or errors caused by the shipping provider.
If an item is returned to Iceqwn Closet due to a failed delivery or refusal, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
International Shipping
Iceqwn Closet primarily ships within the United States. International orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact iceqwncloset@gmail.com prior to checkout to confirm availability, shipping costs, and customs considerations. All international sales are final.
